The kitchen has 2 layout options where you can remove the sink, and dishwasher for a completely free island space. The master bathroom also provides option to remove the tub for a larger shower.
You will notice the main difference between the two homes in the entry way layout with the Grand Rouge having a slightly larger secondary bedroom downstairs and breakfast area.
